The Liuzhou Xiangyun Building Materials Project is a major 2,500 TPH aggregate production base in Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province. The facility operates 24/7 with 95% availability, supplying aggregates to Liuzhou massive infrastructure and automotive manufacturing sectors.

WSHT provided a high-capacity crushing and screening system designed for continuous operation with redundant equipment for maintenance flexibility.
Process Flow
Primary Crushing: C160 jaw crusher (1600×1200 mm, 400-1000 t/h) with hydraulic CSS adjustment and automatic tramp iron protection.
Secondary Crushing: 3× HP500 cone crushers in parallel (150-300 t/h each) with individual VFD drives for load optimization.
Tertiary Crushing: 2× HP300 cone crushers (80-180 t/h each) in closed circuit with 2× 3YK-2460 vibrating screens.
Stockpile: 6× radial stackers create 30,000-tonne live stockpiles per product size. Automated truck loading with weigh-bridge system.
