Centrifugal Gold Concentrator (Knelson Water Jacket Centrifuge) is high-efficiency gravity separation mineral processing equipment. It creates strong centrifugal force field, greatly amplifies the density difference between gold and gangue. Equipped with fluidization backwash water system, fine gold particles can be trapped inside the cone grooves. Widely applied to recover free gold from placer gold, rock gold, tailings and heavy sand. Effectively solves the problem of fine gold loss in sluice box. Can work together with trommel screen, vibrating gold screen, shaking table to form a full gold processing plant.
1. Ultra-high Gold Recovery Rate
Excellent capture performance for coarse gold and micro fine gold. Gold recovery rate reaches 95%~98%, much higher than traditional sluice box and jig machine.
